FAQ

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone. Use Settings → Export backup to keep a copy or move to a new device, then Import backup there.

Why didn't I get a reminder?

Make sure notifications are allowed for Renewly in iOS Settings, and check the reminder time in Settings → Default reminders or on the subscription.

How are totals calculated?

Renewly adds up every payment from each subscription's start date using the price in effect at the time. Shared plans count only your share. Other currencies are converted with rates you can edit.
